Take the weekend to learn more about wines. On this course you will spend two mornings with our Enology team and learn about wine production, how to taste and how to harmonize wine and food!

Herdade Torre de Palma is located in the heart of the Alto Alentejo wine region, Portugal. This is a project focused on producing author wines, which respect the terroir, practically hand-made, in small batches and with minimalist intervention.

On the Torre de Palma wine course you will learn about the different grape varieties that make up our vineyard and the production process, from plant to glass. The course includes a visit to the vineyards and the winery, tastings of different wines and grape varieties, activities such as blind tasting, and ends with the Wine at the Table experience to learn how to harmonize food and wine! The course is accompanied by our Oenology team.

Duration: About 8 hours

Price: 250 Euros per person (This price includes lunch with wine pairing "Wines at the Table" in the Restaurant Palma and course certificate)
