Yoga classes have arrived in Torre de Palma with teacher Heidi Dyer. The classes have two modalities: private or group.

Private class: 75 euros - (75 minutes)
Group classes 2 to 5 people: 45€ (per person)

Awaken your senses and enjoy greater ease and openness in the body through private or group yoga sessions with experienced Yoga teacher Heidi Dyer. Reconnect and restore with a balance of movement, stillness, relaxation, and meditation. Sessions are appropriate for all levels of practitioners and can be adapted to your needs. 

Bio Heidi Dyer: For more than twenty years Heidi has been leading individuals through the process of inquiry, self-discovery, and authentic expression. She holds a MFA in Dance and is a Certified Yoga Therapy Teacher with advanced trainings in both Yin and Restorative Yoga. Originally from the USA Heidi now resides in Alto Alentejo where she enjoys farming and savouring the slow, simple life of the countryside.
