Tuesday | December 30, 2025:

3:00 p.m. - Arrival at Torre de Palma

5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. - Welcome drink at the top of the Tower with 360º views, at sunset with Torre de Palma wine

7:30 p.m. - Roman-style dinner at the Palma Restaurant with wine pairing from the “Torre de Palma - Musas” Special Wine Collection

Wednesday | December 31, 2025:

8:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. - Breakfast with regional Alentejo products

10:00 a.m. - Alentejo embroidery workshop with local embroiderers

11:30 a.m. - Pedrada de Nisa pottery workshop with local potters

1:00 p.m. - Community lunch featuring traditional Alentejo cuisine 

4:00 p.m. - Guided tour of the award-winning Torre de Palma Winery and wine tasting with regional products

7:30 p.m. - Welcome cocktail

8:00 p.m. - Special New Year's Eve tasting menu designed by Chef Miguel Laffan at the Palma Restaurant, with wine pairing

12:00 a.m. - Fireworks at the top of the Tower to welcome in the new year with joy

12:00 a.m. - Open bar with DJ and dance floor at the Cortejo de Baco Bar

2:00 a.m. - New Year's Eve supper

Thursday | January 1, 2026:

8:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. - Breakfast with regional products from Alentejo

2:00 p.m. - Winter picnic in nature

Free afternoon to use the pool, spa, massages, and equestrian activities.

Friday | January 2, 2026:

8:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. - Breakfast with regional Alentejo products

Until 12:00 p.m. - Check-out
