Roman for a Day

A unique experience led by an archaeologist, who will take you on a tour of the Roman ruins of Torre de Palma, revealing the historical legacy of this extraordinary place. The experience can be complemented with a meal at the Palma Restaurant, with the Musas Menu, designed by Spanish archaeologist Noé Conejo, based on original recipes by Apicius — author of the famous Roman gastronomic treatise “De re coquinaria” — creatively reinterpreted by our kitchen team.

Each dish is carefully paired with Roman-inspired Musas wines, recreating the flavors and aromas that once celebrated the pleasures of the table in the Roman Empire.
