Celebrate the harvest season in Alentejo with an exclusive programme where you will spend a day with our team in the middle of the harvest!
Discover the secrets of wine from the vineyard to the glass with this harvest experience, traditional treading, tastings and signature cuisine, in an unforgettable setting.
Day 1 | Includes:
- Check-in at Torre de Palma
- 1 Frappé with a bottle of Torre de Palma Rosé by the pool
- Welcome drink in the tower with Torre de Palma wine at sunset with 360º views
- Dinner at the Palma by Miguel Laffan Restaurant with a ‘Wines at the Table’ tasting menu
- 1 night's accommodation in a Double Room
- Breakfast with regional Alentejo products
- Welcome and delivery of the harvest kit, starting at 10 a.m.
- Visit to the vineyards to learn about the grape varieties and harvest the grapes by hand
- Selection of the best grapes at the sorting table
- Tasting of musts from the 2025 harvest
