Torre de Palma Harvest 2025 

Respecting Torre de Palma's Roman roots, we celebrate wine in ‘Lusitania’, just like in Roman times. 

The ‘vinalia rustica’ marks the start of the harvest in August and ends in October, celebrating the ‘meditrinalia’, when the must is consecrated with our traditional Adiafa festival.

Participants will be able to take part in the harvest, choose the best grapes and taste the wines.

Torre de Palma Harvest Programme 2025:

Welcome to Torre de Palma and delivery of the harvest kit, starting at 10 am.

Visit to the vineyards to get to know the grape varieties and harvest the grapes by hand.

Selection of the best grapes at the sorting table.

Guided tour of the Torre de Palma winery with a tasting of musts from the 2025 vintage.

Traditional grape treading on foot in Estremoz marble presses (only in September, subject to grape availability).

Lunch with wine pairing. 

Price of the programme without lunch: 50.00 euros per person

Price of the programme with lunch: 110.00 euros per person
