As the harvest draws to a close, it is time to celebrate Adiafa — the festival that marks the end of the harvest and brings family, friends and staff together around the table.
In Torre de Palma, we celebrate this occasion with a journey through the traditions of the Alentejo, featuring wine, cuisine, music and the memory of the customs that form part of our identity.
Programme
5.30 pm Welcome reception with a tasting of the 2026 harvest musts, hosted by the winemaker Pedro Sanches de Baêna
6.45 pm Sunset at the top of the tower with 360° views, accompanied by Torre de Palma wine
7.30 pm Musical performance by the “Grupo das Pedrinhas de Arronches”
8.00 pm Outdoor barbecue with live cooking of Alentejo delights and unlimited Torre de Palma wines
9.00 pm Live music with Victor Noruegas
