At Torre de Palma, each new year begins with a celebration of what best defines us: the authenticity of the Alentejo, the excellence of our cuisine, the richness of our culture, and the unhurried pace of life.
 
We invite you to welcome 2027 with an exclusive four-day experience, where each day has been designed to celebrate a new beginning in a truly unique setting.
 
 
Thursday | December 31, 2026
 
3:00 p.m. – Arrival at Torre de Palma and check-in
 
7:00 PM – Welcome cocktail
 
8:00 PM – Special New Year’s Eve Tasting Menu, designed by Chef Eduardo Grilo, at Torre de Palma Restaurant, with wine pairings by Sommelier Emanuel Granadeiro
 
12:00 AM – Fireworks at the top of the Tower to toast the arrival of 2027
 
12:00 a.m. – Open bar with DJ Foksen and dance floor at Bar Cortejo de Baco
 
2:00 a.m. – New Year’s Eve dinner
 
 
Friday | January 1, 2027
 
10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. – New Year’s Brunch featuring a selection of traditional specialties, live cooking stations, and a sushi chef
 
3:30 PM – Guided tour of the award-winning Torre de Palma Winery with wine tasting
 
5:00 PM – Sunset at the top of the tower with 360° views (weather permitting)
 
7:30 PM – Dinner at Torre de Palma Restaurant featuring the “Alentejo Experience” menu with wine pairings
 
9:45 PM – Stargazing, led by Astronomer Frederico Arez
 
 

Saturday | January 2, 2027

 

8:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. – Breakfast featuring regional specialties from the Alentejo

11:00 a.m. – “Roman for a Day” program with a guided tour of the Torre de Palma Roman Villa led by an archaeologist

1:00 PM – Roman Lunch featuring the “Musas” Menu, created by archaeologist Noé Conejo based on original recipes by Apicius

7:30 PM – Alentejo-style barbecue dinner with live music

 

Sunday | January 3, 2027

8:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. – Breakfast featuring regional Alentejo products

Until 12:00 p.m. – Check-out
