Restaurant

The Torre de Palma Restaurant was born out of the Alentejo region and its way of dining.

Here, each dish tells a story of time and respect for local and seasonal produce, interpreted with soul by our team.

A few metres away, the Roman Villa of Torre de Palma reminds us that this has always been a land of conviviality, wine and sharing. It is from this ancient heritage that our gastronomic offering is born, where tradition and creativity come together under the leadership of Chef Eduardo Grilo.

A native of Arronches, Eduardo grew up surrounded by the flavours and traditions of the Alentejo, and shares with you his roots and vision of what Alentejo cuisine is all about.

Our cuisine is made with respect, love and truth: produce from our garden, partnerships with local producers, and wines designed at the Torre de Palma Winery, right next door.

 Our suggestions:

 Alentejo traditional tomato soup

Black pork cheeks with Alentejo bread crumbs and orange

Hare rice with hare kebab, rocket salad and mushrooms

Octopus with mashed potatoes with tomato, sausages and gazpacho pickle
