The authenticity and generosity of this Alentejo region surrounded by castles, meadows, and a unique natural beauty, was the stage and inspiration for Chef Miguel Laffan to create a concept of contemporary Alentejo cuisine.

Here, among the plains of the Alto Alentejo, you can find local passionate producers, of homemade sausages, natural cheeses, or carefully selected grazing animals.

It is in this environment that Palma, by Miguel Laffan, the Chef with a Michelin star in his curriculum, is born, offering a family experience of shared meals and well-being, enjoying the best of what the land has to offer.
